Discovery of Mindfulness Workshop is a 4-week program beginning October 28, 2017, 10:00 a.m. -12:00 p.m. It will provide experiential practices and training to increase focus, concentration and awareness, providing tools for living fully in the present moment.
MBSR program is an evidence-based, experiential approach to reduces stress and anxiety and increase focus awareness, balance, peace of mind and provides tools for living with present moment joy and health.

MTTP is an experiential program for adults who would like to bring mindfulness games, activities and focus-awareness practices to the youth they serve from Pre-K through 12th grade.
